Returns and Refunds Policy for Geve’s Bees

At Geve’s Bees, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, I’ll do my best to make it right. This policy explains your rights and how to return items if needed.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

To cancel:

  • Email me at geves.bees@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and the reason (optional).

  • Once approved, return the goods within 14 days of notifying me.

2. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Items must be returned in a resalable condition.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, I cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened cosmetics, skincare, or food products (e.g., lip balms, honey jars).

  • Perishable goods.

  • Custom or personalised items.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact me within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Include a clear photo and description of the issue.

  • I will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage, depending on the situation.

5. Return Costs

  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, I will cover return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of you providing proof of return—whichever is earlier.

  • Delivery costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned or if the item was faulty.

7. How to Return an Item

  1. Email geves.bees@gmail.com with your order number and return request.

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and include your name and order number inside the parcel.

  4. Use a tracked or signed-for delivery service for your protection.
